Make Vote-By-Mail Permanent in Delaware!

All Delawareans should have the freedom to vote how they choose, whether they want to vote in person or by mail. Thanks to a temporary change in the law last year, more than 160,000 voters in Delaware were able to vote by mail in 2020.

We need to make this right permanent. House Bill 75 does just that, empowering the General Assembly to implement permanent vote by mail legislation by allowing no-excuse absentee voting in our state’s Constitution, opening the door for all Delawareans to have the choice to vote by mail in future elections.
